• We choose projects that are challenging yet manageable given a passion for learning

• We never stop from innovating, or confine ourselves to one e-commerce business model/sector. We recognize that the traditional rules of agriculture, or the brick-and-mortar commerce wisdoms of core competencies, does not apply on the internet.
  

• We design an environment for creativity and achievement, with measurable targets and virtually zero limitations. All members of the organization, in addition to working to maintain our older projects, are expected to come up with new projects and be a part of the project evaluation process.
